Project Backpack 2012!!

Yay!!! Project Backpack was a huge success again this year thanks to Bev Stacey!
Over 50 backpacks filled with supplies were given away to the children residing at the Nashville Rescue Mission!
Thank you, Bev, for organizing this awesome OH outreach with the children living at the Nashville Rescue Mission! And THANK YOU to all of you who responded to our call in the Newsletter and donated backpacks, supplies, and/or funds to make sure every child had the supplies needed to make their first day of school a GREAT one!

We had some great volunteers show up to help with the outreach! One special volunteer was Bissy, visiting all the way from Ethiopia! He was so happy to lend a helping hand during our Project Backpack!

Gina, our awesome OH Fundraising Coach, showed up to help!
Thanks, Gina!!
Kristi and some of her kiddos show up to help each year during this outreach.
Big THANK YOU to Stacy Case, our very own Nashville Fox 17, News at 9, anchor woman, for showing up to help!
Stacy brings her fam out to help each year with this outreach.

Again, thank you to Bev and her family for always being first to help us organize our Project Backpack and to all of you who donated.
All the kids and moms were very thankful to have their school needs met for the first day of school.
If you would like to help with next year's Project Backpack, please email Bev at

THANK YOU!!
