OH Tough Mudder this weekend in Atlanta!!!

Tough Mudder is said to be "probably the TOUGHEST EVENT ON THE PLANET!" 

YIKES! After watching their promo video...I believe em! 

And guess what??

We, 

have a VERY AWESOME group of Ordinary Heroes called 

TEAM ORDINARY HERO

representing OH, and bringing orphan awareness, in the Tough Mudder race this coming Saturday in Atlanta!! 

These folks have trained like true champs! I'm talking up at 4 am, in the cold, in the gym dragging tires and whatever else they can find to train with. They are hardcore, ready to raise awareness for the orphan!!  

I am very proud to introduce our Team Ordinary Hero, Tough Mudder Group, competing for the orphans this weekend. 

First we have Rick Flores, pictured with his family below. Some of you may remember Rick's story about adopting his son and daughter from Ethiopia. We also got to see their homecoming. Truly a remarkable story!! Rick has been an awesome team leader and trainer. He served in the Marines and brings his Marine expertise to his training. He is up every morning at 3:45am, rain or shine, ready to hit the gym with their morning run at 4:30 for training. Their training includes a 3-5 mile run on weekday mornings, 6-8 miles on the weekends, plus an hour and a half of weight training and cross fit!!  After he knocks out this Tough Mudder, Rick will be one of our trainers for those wanting to join OH in the Country Music Marathon on April 28th. More info to come on that. Go Rick!! 

 Mitch Pousson

Mitch, pictured with his family, is from Franklin, TN. Studied at Southeastern Louisiana University. 

Rick met Mitch at the gym while they were on a run. Rick explained what he was doing and Mitch jumped on board Team OH, Tough Mudder. Thanks, Mitch!!

Steven Moncibais

Steven is from Spring Hill.  He served in the Marines and also attended Middle Tennessee State University. He is orginally from Palmdale, California. Rick met Steven at the gym in the mornings and recruited him for this race. Go Steven! 

John Maxson

John is from Franklin, TN. He has his own financial firm, Beacon Financial Group LLC.  He is pictured with his wife and two of their children. They recently had their third child. Rick also met John in the gym and he jumped on board Team OH. Thanks, John, for joining the team!!

Seth Davis

Seth, pictured with his family, is from Franklin, TN. He is originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He is a partner at Mission Capital Management. He studied Industrial engineering at Texas A&M. 

I am told his wife is a photographer and will be photographing this event for us...Yay!! We all can't wait to see the pics! Thanks for jumping on board, Seth!!

 Grace Graham

Ok, LET'S HEAR IT FOR GRACE!! She is the ONLY woman in the group! 

She is ONE TOUGH CHICKEE! 

Grace is from Franklin Tn. She is the personal assistant to Steven Curtis and Mary Beth Chapman. She adopted her beautiful little girl from the US. 

Grace, all of us Momma's will be rooting you on!! YOU GO GIRL!! 

Dan Benson

Dan was recruited by John. He is from the Boston area and will be joining the team in Atlanta. 

I'm still waiting on a pic and more info from Dan, which I will add as soon as I get it.
